Five million migrants plowed into our country at the administration’s indifference to our immigration laws. The Democrats left the doors open in a shameful effort to reconfigure the American electorate with beholden migrants that will be extorted to vote for Democrats albeit legally or illegally voting. Nevertheless, they are here and Republican party did not put a plausible legislative effort to set any part of the illegal migration onslaught right.
The only thing that matters here is tomorrow and letting the political left feather their nest and get away with this is something we should not stand for. The pragmatic approach would be to focus on giving way to a pathway to citizenship that is not at the expense of our legal and economic systems and a pathway that does not reward one party with stuffing the ballot boxes.
Most of the people who come across the border are really victims of the Mexican Cartels. Their reach into America is tantamount to an invasion. It is a frightening prospect that is worse than organized crime or terrorism. We need solutions that make sense. Immigration is either the seed democracy or actual slavery. Migrants that come here will be beholden to Cartels and extorted. This will undoubtedly make migrants become slaves. This will breed anarchy and violence.
The problem can be addressed in many ways and deportation is not the real solution for honest, hardworking, migrants that can really give America a new class of Americans. I propose giving an alternative offer of citizenship to the able-bodied males or females to a mandatory period of conscription in the US army or other military branch for a period of two years.
This would bring across a source of citizens that would be beneficial to the migrants and the country:
- Migrants would be educated in the military system as opposed to the secondary school system;
- Migrants would be taught what it means to be a citizen of the United States;
- Migrants would become a skilled workforce through MOS training (military occupational status);
- Migrants would be trained soldiers ready to defend the country
- Children of migrants would experience military disciplines;
- Migrants in the Army would the welfare rolls at the expense of the military budget;
- Drug users and gang members would be sorted out;
- Identification and interception of Cartel extortion, drug dealing and sex trafficking; and
- Identify criminals that have evaded the legal system in the US or other countries.
This requirement would be in exchange for full citizenship at a minimum of be two tears of service. Males or females could enter the service either as military service in the Peace Corps. Upon crossing in to the Nation or as a part of settling in the United States they would be enjoined into military service in a location that is near to their families.
I don’t think that these selected migrants could have their votes extorted.
